Drs. Schkade and Siegel will be attending the 28th annual Aspen Allergy Conference this week in Aspen, Colorado. It is one of the top two regional allergy conferences in the country, bringing together top researchers and clinicians as well as heads of allergy fellowship training programs and their trainees to present and discuss the latest information and ideas in the field of allergy. It is sponsored in part by the Colorado Allergy Society, a professional group of the allergists of Colorado, of which Drs. Siegel and Rumbyrt are past presidents and Dr. Schkade is now president-elect.
In August and September, Dr. Siegel will be attending three other meetings in Aspen: the 22nd Annual NICHD (National Institute of Child Health and Human Development) program, discussing the latest in research grants in pediatrics and obstetrics; the 2010 Aspen Perinatal Biology Conference ; and the 20th annual Children’s Hospital Clinical Scholars program.
In September, he will also be attending the American Academy of Pediatrics annual meeting in San Francisco.
